This is a comprehensive report based on the regional conference “Integrating Global Responses to Climate Change and Energy Security” organized by the Centre for South Asian studies (CSAS) in cooperation with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) in Kathmandu on July 7-8, 2015. The conference proved to be an august gathering of experts and practitioners involved in the area of climate change and energy security in South Asia.
